Garis Panduan Perancangan dan Pembangunan di Kawasan Bukit dan Tanah Tinggi Negeri Selangor

The Selangor State Government had recently approved the  " Garis Panduan Perancangan dan Pembangunan di Kawasan Bukit dan Tanah Tinggi Negeri Selangor" . The guidelines will be the main reference to consider planning applications for developments on  hilly and highland area by all Local Councils in Selangor.

Criteria of Bumiputera for the Purpose of Purchasing Properties under Bumiputera Quota in Selangor

Under the effort of PEMUDAH Selangor Focus Group on Blanket Consent to Transfer in which REHDA Selangor has been actively involved and represented, a guideline on the criteria of Bumiputera (individual or company) for the purpose of purchasing properties under Bumiputera Quota in Selangor had been approved by the Selangor State Government on 10 February 2010.
